Four nights, two remote camps, and no crowds — just the raw wilderness of Kafue. Our first safari of the season took us deep into Kasabushi and Musungwa with fully serviced mobile camping, where a pack of 13 African wild dogs, sable antelope, elephants, and intimate moments like a tiny baby puku defined the experience. No lions, no leopards — just a reminder that the best safaris aren’t about ticking boxes, but about immersion, atmosphere, and truly wild encounters.
